Memory expansions for the Commodore 128

Here's an archive containing detailed instructions on building ram expansion for the C128 & C128D.

The original for the C128 was written by Marko Makela & the updates for the 128D were written by another person afterwards.

The lengthy docs describe 256k, 512k & 1mb expansions.
