Video game-inspired movies

You know, all the time and money I spent playing Joust at the gas station, and I never once thought to myself, "Hey, this would make a great movie!" Apparently more creative minds than my own have seen the potential and are now working to bring the Williams classic to the big screen, in what has been described as "Gladiator meets Mad Max".

This just enters the books as further evidence of my oft-stated theory: Hollywood's REAL agenda is not to make movies or money, it's to rape our childhood memories.
