Connectivity problems?

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to the forums today? My attempts are failing 4 out of 5 times and the lack of traffic today makes me wonder if the problem is widespread.

Maybe we're all just tired. :/

I've had no more problems than usual. Remember this is all coming across that Pacific cable from Oz, a fictional continent on the underside of the world. That takes time. And you have to truly believe.

Golan is a Canuck, one of our friendly but harmless neighbors to the North, who only WISH they were real, true Americans. Like me.

And I think I've got you strandedinnz - if that is your real name- because if you're in NEW Zealand, just where in the heck is OLD Zealand? (Heh. You just can't argue with good old logic!)

That's 'old' Zealand.

Anyway, 'America' consists of both the North & South American continents, which makes Golan an American. You'd be , what ? a USAian ?

We grudgingly concede that Golan can call himself a 'North American', and the other folks in the Western Hemisphere can attach to themselves the appellation of 'South Americans' if they wish, but 'American' without a modifier applies to just one group, and that's us REAL Americans!
