E-mail addresses exposed to harvesting :-(

Hiya,

In the "Members" page it lists out all the members on the forum, and everyones e-mail addresses are exposed to the world in the pages HTML :-(

Any chance you could hide them ?  The e-mail address I use is dedicated to forums anyway but others might not like having theirs harvested by interweb trawl.

There's a "Hide email address from public" option under Modify Profile -> Account Related Settings.

Note that when you view your own profile, it always displays your email address. In order to see things as other people do, you have to log out.

Ahh .. in which case there are a good few members here who need to go click that hide button!

Unless of course they like getting emails explaining how to make various parts of their anatomy larger :-)

Just a pet peeve of mine when forums don't obscure your email address.
