You can now rate a topic (the option is beside the Post Reply at the top right when you are viewing a topic).

Then when you enter a forum, you'll see a list of stars beside a topic.

If you click on the stars you'll see who gave what rating to the topic.

Hey! It works! I can give my own posts five stars and that icky nikoniko's posts only one! :P
