Making Boot disk

I'm new to this forum and it's been a long time I had a 128. But now I've got an 128D and it is working very well. I would like to do some tests wit CP/M but I've no idea how to make a bootable CP/M disk. I checked this forum but didn't find a tutorial.
I also have a C64 with a 1541 and I tried writing a d64 image of a CP/M system disk from my Amiga to the 1541 with Easy1541. That works OK but my 128D doesn't do anything with the disk. I just get the Ready prompt. Is there a tutorial on how I can make a bootable floppy?

I did that before with this program, but that were disks for use on a c64. That worked OK. The transfer of the image to the 1541 takes a long time, about 2 hours. The 1541 makes a rattling noise at intervals. But eventually the program ends normal.

EDIT: I had to format the floppy first. After that, Easy1541 writes the image. This image works in the C128.
