It's a real life 1541 Ultimate with 32Mb of RAM ... one of 72 at the moment, and probably number 1 in New Zealand :-)

And the bummer is .. I can't test it!!!!  Feckers! :-(

Still looks pretty though :-)

Don't have a screen for my Commodore gear :-(  No 1084 anymore and the living room TV has no free inputs (or room near it .. and the wife would give me "the look" :-)

I think it's time I got one of those Dell monitors with all the good video inputs ... how to sabotage a perfectly good working LCD to make it look like it has died of natural causes ?

Even my SGI is not playing ball and accepting composite or s-video input at the moment!

I'm waiting with bated breath for mine to arrive. Hopefully the disaster that is Canada Post will see fit to deliver it this week. The first batch is sold out and the price was €99 for the 'basic' unit and €119 for the 'plus' model. Due to a lack of interest, no more of the base units will be made so if you want one, the price is €119 (plus shipping and PayPal fees, if applicable) and you'll have to wait until a new batch are made. If anyone wants more information including how to put your name on the waiting list, see here.

You're even smarter than I thought, Golan - you didn't say "baited breath"! :)

Maybe it's because you're a product of the quality Canadian education system instead of the USA's.*

I'm smart enough not to eat night crawlers, that's for sure.

Still no 1541U here. Maybe tomorrow will be my lucky day. Think the postman would think it odd if I was sitting in a lawn chair waiting for his arrival?
