Here's the auction. It's from Golan's buddy* Worldlam:

[ebay]140267252059[/ebay]

Since I'm newly getting into EPROM burning, I'd like to have SOME of these, but I sure don't need (nor can I afford) FIFTY of them! Is anyone else interested? The Buy It Now price works out to $2 apiece delivered to me here in the States. If we can drum up enough interest for a group buy, I'd be glad to handle it.

The auction ends in five days as I post this, Sep-21-08 16:00:40 PDT.

Post here if interested.

Looks like BasicWayne bought them all.  Maybe he'll part them out in singles.

I might make a run of these boards soon.  Anyone have a PDF of of the layout or a scan to save me some time?

Here's one from Nicolas Welte; it's a bit more complex (and versatile) than the ones in the auction (though I'm not fond of the surface mount resistors):

If BasicWayne parts them out on eBay, that's cool. I could use 4-5 of them, but not 50!

Still, it would be nice to have a continuous source of these. I found a COCO site that had them... for $20 each!! Plus shipping!!  :o

Every so often eslapion makes up a batch of these and the price varies depending on how large an order he can put through. As I recall, the last batch worked out to under $2 each. If there's enough interest I'm sure he make another order.
Call me Golan; my parents did.

I've got a hunch that I know exactly what he'll be doing with these...

I've got a hunch I know what your hunch is and I think you're 100% on the money.

Well, I'll just go ahead and say it right out loud: He'll probably make JiffyDOS chips to sell on eBay.

And there is, of course, a little controversy about that. :)

hehehe... I was wondering if I'd stump anyone...  Obviously, I didn't.  ;)
