Serisously though, I would like to get the 1541U and the MMCReplay+RRnet working at the same time in the port expander, anyone know what combination of dip switches I need to use ?  And what ROMs should or should not be loaded in the MMCReplay and 1541U ?

I've never tried to get the 1541U to work with anything other than a IDE64 (which worked BTW) but I'll mess around with the 1541U and MMC Replay to see what I can come up with. BTW, I think you may be certifiably insane. :)
