How to add/edit BUDDY LIST?

I tried some friends to add to buddy list but always it reports to me ERROR - where I'm doing mistake?

no problem for me - maybe you had a typo in the member name

I don't actually use the function myself, though I tested it at the time it was included. Just tried again without an issue - what name are you trying to add ?
