HDD size detection

Hi!


I have simple Q, but don't know if has so simple answer.


I need to detect HDD size connected to:
IEC-ATA (V2)
uIEC/IDE+CF (also size of CF)


Also I'm reading CMD-HD manual and CMD RAMLink manual where I'm trying to get info about size.
But don't have CMD RAMDrive manual, so, Q is also for this device (I know about only that its size can be 1 or 2 MB)

... so I will study the manuals of CMD-HD and RAMLink more, but it's lot of info and if anybody can help how to detect size of CMD-HD or RAMLink-Card and RAMDrive please help, it will be easier...
