I have a fair few spares of the following cables that can be used with Commodore 64/128's etc...
http://www.cybermarket.co.uk/ishop/923/shopscr414.html

There's a 5 pin DIN plug with 4 RCA sockets. You can then use any easy to find RCA to RCA cables to hookup to TV/Monitor.

The cable is only 20cm long and all the plugs are gold plated.  The pinouts are as follows:

RCA Red -> Pin 1 Luminance
RCA Black -> Pin 3 Audio Out
RCA White -> Pin 4 Video Out
RCA Yellow -> Pin 5 Audio In

Is AUS $1.50 a cable too much to ask for?

I should be able to post them as a letter in a padded bag for only a couple of dollars. I'll check with the post office tomorrow and drop you a PM.
Let me know how many you're after.

Cheers
