New sub-forum

Added a new forum "Coding competitions". Considering that there seems to be a fair number of 128 users crawling outta the woodwork, I thought it might be an idea to stimulate development opportunities by runningsome coding comps.

I'll announce the first one in the new forum shortly, but plan on running a few as time goes by. ie. music, demos, games, apps, "crap games", small coding examples etc.
