I've started a tracker for classic computer related bittorents - currently supporting Acorn, Amstrad, Atari, Apple, MSX, Commodore & Tandy//Radio Shack (more can be added). See the link at the top of the forums here. You can upload your own torrents as well.

Looks amazing already, but after a couple quick tests it seems like the torrents aren't properly seeded. I just end up with 2 peers and 0.00% of the files available. I'd be happy to download and seed, but I need to get the files first. :)

Odd - I can see that some of them have already downloaded.....

Hmm. I'll check again, or try another client to see if I get different results.

Ah, stupid me. I wasn't signed in on the tracker, so of course it wouldn''t let me do anything. :rodna:

Actually, my bad. Thought I'd set the permissions to allow anonymous downloading - only reason I'd left logins there was so people could track/maintainn their own uploads if they wished......   bugger, will need to check again.

Tried again while logged in, but still didn't get anywhere. A single seed shows in the swarm, but none of my clients will connect to it. Four peers are in the swarm, but none connected. Since other people have completed downloads, something must be wrong on my end, but I haven't a clue what it is.

Try now..... I've done some fiddling with various arcane settings - should be working.....

(I'm using you guys as a test bed in case you hadn't guessed ;) )

I kind of forgot about the tracker, and now I just noticed it's down and there are no liinks to it from the forum. Decided to close it?

Nope - testing new software (while it's gone quiet) - didn't like the old one - will be back in a day or so.
