Drive Memory Dump program question

I posted this as a reply to another message but wanted to make sure my question was noticed:

When using 'Drive Memory Dump' it creates 4 files.  How do you write those files back to a new ROM?  What EPROM burner do you use?  What software?  The only ROM images I have seen (e.g. Jiffy DOS) are a single file.

Also what does it mean when it says in the Help that CMD HD & FD ROMs use protected memory?
