OT - web design help needed

Guys,

Anyone here able to assist with some web design stuff ?

My other site Ferries of Sydney is constructed of hundreds of pages which makes doing updates time consuming.

I'd like to re-design this so that there is a backend db that can be updated remotely & extracts & displays pages on the fly.
