VICE128 keyboard layout

Hi!

I modified my keyboard layout for VICE128 in file win_sym.vkm.

I assigned to PC keys F1 - F8 Commodore keys F1 - F8, 'cause I don't want to shift it.

But when I press F2 it works like F1, also F4 as F3 etc.

How to use shifted CBM keys?

And also not working RUN/STOP and RESTORE.

Also modified more keys, any don't have function yet - so here's Q:

Can I add to key any operation? (like GO64...)

In attachment is layout of keyboard (underlined blue - these keys are on real C128 switchers, underlined red - not yet added opertion (GO64....) and also VICE file with extension TXT.

If you can, please help me.
