My new Commodore 128

Hi guys, thought I would search for a 128 dedicated forum so here I am!
Just bought a working 128 set up from Ebay which was pretty 'manked' up so been all days giving it a good scrub!
Now after putting everything back together again I switch it on and hear a signal from my TV but 128 is now on or rather
power light isn't red nor is there any text on screen, just black screen like it is totally turned off.
I was hoping someone might be able to help me with this? Have I put it back together properly? Is there a step by step
anywhere on the net for dismantling the 128?
I would seriously appreciate any help on this one!

Sounds to me like a power supply issue.  Is it a flat 128?  What exactly did you "scrub" it with? Just asking so I know what not to scrub my 128 with
