Board upgrade

Upgraded the system to PunBB 1.2.12.

This release fixes two XSS vulnerabilities and one minor bug.

*  Fixed incorrect user count leading to empty last page of user list.
*  Fixed XSS vulnerability involving "redirect_url".
*  Fixed XSS vulnerability involving URL BBCode (only affects Internet Explorer users).

Let me know if any issues are found so I can either fix them or roll-back the changes.

Also added online/offline icons (so you can see if a user is online when you read there posts), pips for the number of messages a user has posted & a newsletter that summarises what's been happening on the board which will be sent out monthly.

Getting what might be an error : something about :unable to insert user into table after logging in, but when you refresh the page, it seems to be ok.

"Unable to insert into board statistics" - just got it, this'll be the stats pack I installed - will fix this this evening when I get back from work. Same behaviour though, a page refresh fixes the problem & it happens immediately after logging in.
